ACCOMMODATIONS
Tell us at time of scheduling if you are pregnant, postpartum, a minor, geriatric, have had a recent surgery, or require other special accommodations. We would be happy to assist you and place you with the proper service provider.
CELL PHONES
For the comfort of all our guests, please silence all cell phones and refrain from cell phone use when visiting the spa.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation including services intended to be paid with a gift card. Please have your credit card ready when booking.
- 48 hours before your appointment you will receive an automated reminder text and/or email (if you have your reminders turned on!). You will be able to confirm your appointment through this text/email. To cancel the appointment at this time, you will need to call the spa directly.
- We will use any method of payment you have on file to pay for missed services. If we are unable to collect payment that day, a negative credit will be placed in your file. This balance must be paid to zero before you are allowed to schedule your next appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our service provider’s time is valuable, same as yours. We ask that you respect that time by notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that slot and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. If you are unable to cancel your appointment within that time frame, the following fees will be incurred:
- 24 hours or more in advance-no fees
- Same day cancellations/reschedules and No call No shows- 50% of services booked
LATE ARRIVALS
- To ensure you receive your full service please arrive a few minutes early for your scheduled appointment.
- If you need to update any paperwork please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early.
- If you are late and/or have delays in filling out paperwork this can affect our ability to give the full service time. You will still be billed at the full service price.
SPA ETIQUETTE
- Professional conduct is expected by all parties.
- A treatment may be ended at any time by the service provider or the client.
- The service provider has a right to ask that no visitors be in the room with the client during service.
- Our goal is to ensure your needs are met every visit.
- Once you are in your room, disrobe to your comfort level and remove all jewelry and hair accessories.
- If at any time you are uncomfortable, let the service provider know. On a one to ten pain scale, you should never experience a seven. If you do, let your service provider know immediately.
- If there are any areas that you DO NOT want massaged or touched, let your provider know.
SPA PARTY POLICIES
- Applies to any party of 4 or more people.
- At the time of booking, we will charge ½ of the total amount of services and gratuity, the other half will be due upon the day of services.
- The cancellation period for parties is 7 days.
- There is a 20% gratuity added to all parties of 4 or more people.
- If there are any last minute changes to services or cancellations after the allowed cancellation period the original scheduled services will be billed at full price.
- It is recommended that the host or another member of the party take a tour of the spa to ensure that our accommodations will meet their needs.
- To help with time, it is best to email new client intake forms to the spa before the day of the party.
- If the party is planning on bringing in food/drinks they are to let us know beforehand.
- If a party is planning on opening presents they are to let us know beforehand.
- Guests of the spa are expected to be respectful of other clients and our relaxing atmosphere.
- The spa should be quiet at all times.
NSF CHECK POLICY
Returned checks require full repayment, along with the bank fee of $35.
GIFT CARDS & BUNDLES CARDS
- Are redeemable for service or product purchases only.
- Expires one year from purchase date and that day is clearly written on the Gift Card/Bundle card.
- Card must be present by redeemer to be able to use when checking out or you will need to pay with another form of payment.
- Are non-refundable nor redeemable for cash.
- All purchases are final.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase a Bundle Cards or another Gift Card.
- Cannot use email rewards, spa week or other discounts to purchase gift card/bundles card.
DISCOUNTS/REFUNDS
- One discount per client, per day.
- No double discounts.
- No discounts or coupons may be used with existing specials or Bundles of 5 Cards as they are already purchased at a discount.
- No refunds on services, gift cards, bundle cards or products.
